Frequently Asked Questions About Life at New Pond

Are you ready to make the move to our continuing care retirement community? Here are frequently asked questions and answers covering a variety of aspects of life at New Pond Village. We encourage you to contact our counselors anytime for more information or to schedule a visit to our community.

What’s included in Continuing Care?
Continuing care retirement communities, known as CCRCs, provide several levels of personalized care for residents with varying care needs as individuals age in place. New Pond Village offers independent living, assisted living, memory care and a limited stipend for skilled nursing care at a provider of your choice as part of our Lifecare Advantage Plan.

If you’re able to live on your own without significant assistance, independent living may meet your needs. Assisted living may be the right level of care for you if you need some help with daily tasks like bathing, dressing and taking your medications.

If you or a loved one has Alzheimer’s or another form of memory impairment, our exclusive Mind & Memory program provides compassionate support in a welcoming, low-stress environment.

Who owns and manages New Pond Village?
New Pond Village is proud to be a Benchmark Signature Senior Living community.
