The Lifecare Advantage Plan: A Continuum of Care

What exactly is “Continuum of Care?” You may have heard this term tossed around but it is very important to understand it in the context of senior living. Continuum of care refers to the changes in your life as it applies to your care needs and the varying levels of care available to you. While you may not be able to predict when your care needs might change – or what the physical, emotional and financial costs might be – you can certainly prepare for it.

At New Pond Village, you’ll benefit from our continuum of care to provide the services you need, when you or your partner, need them. Through our Lifecare Advantage Plan, you’ll be prepared to navigate the uncertainties the future may bring. When you become a resident of our community, you pay a one-time, 90-percent refundable entrance fee that gives you access to full- maintenance free living, a variety of programming and amenities, and all our levels of care – including independent living, assisted living, Mind & Memory and a stipend for skilled nursing care at a provider of your choice.

If you need care in the future, our Lifecare Advantage Plan helps keep your expenses more predictable in our on-site assisted living and memory care. You also may qualify for a medical tax deduction; consult with our community relations director and your tax advisor to learn more. And, if you need care but your partner doesn’t, your loved one can move to a different apartment within the same campus where he or she may receive the care that they need, and you may stay in the independent or assisted living residence.

When you become a resident of New Pond Village, you make an investment in your future with access to our Lifecare Advantage Plan and our continuum of care. Contact us anytime to learn about the details and benefits.
